Hello there, I'm New Year, and I've got a tale that's as remarkable as my name suggests. You see, I'm a tabby cat with a heart full of adventure, and I'm searching for a forever home after a dramatic start to my life.
They named me "New Year" because I was found on New Year's Day of 2023.
One of my best qualities is that I get along famously with other cats. So, if you already have some feline friends, I'm more than ready to become a part of the kitty club and make new buddies.
What I'm looking for now is a loving forever home, a place where I can leave my past behind and embrace a brighter future. While I may have had a challenging beginning, I firmly believe that there's a loving family out there just waiting to welcome me with open arms.

Why am I Here at Lanta Animal Welfare?

I was discovered on the picturesque Phi Phi Island with a rope tied around my neck. It's a miracle I was found by a compassionate tourist in time. I can't help but think that fate was on my side that day, as I could have faced a very different fate if not for their timely intervention.
